China State Construction Hailong Technology Company Limited, a subsidiary of China State Construction International Holdings Limited, is dedicated to providing industrial chain solutions for new construction methods. We have the Class A qualification for design, the Class 1 qualification for house building, and the Class 1 qualification for foundation construction and have set up seven prefabrication production bases in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Jiangmen, Hefei, Suzhou, Chongqing, and Jining. We are the leader in design, R&D, and smart construction in China and hold a strong position in the markets in Hong Kong and Macao.
In 1993, we started the research on the industrialization of construction. Since then, we have been continuously exploring cutting-edge technologies, aiming at becoming the "source" of original prefabricated construction and the "leader" of the modern industry chain. With the MiC system, we have established the era 4.0 of prefabricated construction in China. We are one of the first "National Housing Industrialization Bases", "National Prefabricated Construction Industry Bases", "National High-Tech Enterprises", and "Specialized and Innovative Enterprises", and the first representative enterprise in the smart construction industry located in Shenzhen to be awarded the title of "Leading Chinese Industrial Digital Transformation Enterprise", a "Boundary-breaking" affirmation from the industry.

Committed to the research and promotion of new materials, new technologies and new processes, Hailong Building Science and Technology Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Institute") takes the architectural design and scientific R&D of prefabricated building as the main development direction. The Research Institute has more than 200 R&D personnel and an expert committee led by 13 academicians. It has cooperated with 16 universities, including Harbin Institute of Technology and Tongji University, to carry out more than 40 national-level, provincial-or-ministerial-level, and enterprise-level scientific and technological R&D projects. It has obtained 416 national invention patents and utility model patents, and 20 software copyrights; published 150 papers; obtained approval of 24 construction methods at all levels; and won 193 awards. In addition, it has participated in the preparation of 6 monographs and 38 standards related to prefabricated building.

In 1993, Hailong was established in Luohu District, Shenzhen.
In 1998, it entered the prefabricated building market in Hong Kong and became an approved supplier of Hong Kong Housing Department.

In 2017, it was awarded the title of National Prefabricated Building Industrial Base; Suzhou Hailong was established in 2017.
Chongqing Hailong was established in 2018; the Zhuhai base was put into operation in 2018.

We developed a new construction method called MiC, leading the industrialization and upgrading of new buildings.
Technology empowerment: We have independently developed four series of MiC products, and undertaken multiple benchmark projects such as the highest MiC building in China.
Deeply rooted in Hong Kong and Macao: We launched our third support action to help Hong Kong combat the epidemic in 2020, established Macao Hailong in 2021, and launched our fourth support action for Hong Kong in 2022.
Expanding into the Chinese mainland: We develop rapidly in the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle, covering application fields such as hotels, education, healthcare, and apartments.
In 2023, Jiangmen Base was put into operation.
At present, we have built eight prefabricated building production bases in four provinces, covering an area of about 1083700 square meters.

To manage environment-related matters more effectively in business operations, we have established an environmental management system and related standard working procedures. Our sustainable development policy provides for the management of important environmental issues, including emissions treatment, resource usage, natural resource conservation, and climate change. In addition, we strictly comply with environmental laws and regulations, terms of contract, and other related requirements to reduce construction waste and natural resource consumption, to prevent pollution. To establish an environmental management system more suitable for the place of operation, we require all subsidiaries to understand the environmental characteristics and needs of their respective areas and to implement specific management strategies as required. We continue to consolidate and improve our management systems and mechanisms, and implement environmental protection measures in daily operations. Our environmental management system was established based on the ISO14001: 2015 standard and has successfully passed annual internal and external audits to safeguard the validity of the environmental management system.
