    Project Cases
    • Shenzhen Longhua Huazhang Xinzhu

The total construction area of the project is approximately 170,000 m2, with 5 buildings of 28 floors and a height of 99.7 m. Through multi-dimensional planning and product comparison, the optimal number of buildings, optimal epidemic prevention layout, optimal products, and optimal earthwork are worked out, making it an innovative project for talent housing in the post-epidemic era.

It is China's first high-rise concrete MiC project and China's tallest modular building.
