I-BOX

I-BOX, an MiC building independently developed by Hailong, integrates systems horizontally based on our steel structure module products. With multiple design options, modular units are freely combined, without the need for foundation construction. An I-BOX is ready for use upon completion.

I-BOX can be used as small medical treatment centers, mobile workstations, public libraries, public toilets, community workstations, government space, camping and leisure facilities, theme exhibition halls, commercial spaces and so on.

In this small living space, the hydrogen energy system, photovoltaic power system, five-constant (constant-temperature, -humidity, -oxygen, -cleanliness, and -noise) systems, passive building technology, integrated sewage treatment system, intelligent management system, and other systems not only ensure safety and comfort, but also save space and offer rich functionalities.

Zero Carbon

l-BOX is the first MiC building in China to be powered by a photovoltaic power system and a hydrogen energy system. It adopts the PEDF power supply solution for green buildings. The distributed energy supply+storage solution enhances the energy flexibility of the building. The hydrogen energy, solar power, and batteries for energy storage enable the product to adapt to various environmental conditions without the restraints of geographical location.

Zero Emission

l-BOX is the first MiC building with integrated sewage treatment. Kitchen and bathroom sewage is treated with built-in sewage treatment equipment and meets China's Class-A discharge standard. Solid waste is easy to clean after concentration, minimizing the impact to the environment.

Five Constant

I-BOX is the first MiC building to employ the five-constant system and passive building technology. It adopts a capillary network cooling and heating radiation air-conditioning system to achieve the goals of constant temperature, humidity, oxygen, cleanliness, and noise. It uses constant temperature water as a cooling and heating medium to regulate indoor temperature through water circulation. It has independent ventilation, humidification, and filtration functions. By utilizing the insulation and energy-saving technology of the building envelope structure, the product adopts a thin-film color changing energy-saving curtain wall. It can actively control the absorption or reflection of external heat radiation and internal heat diffusion, maintaining warmth in winter and cool temperature in summer while reducing indoor energy consumption.

Smart Control

l-BOX adopts an intelligent control system with remote monitoring and integrated display. Multiple application scenarios and modes can be set to meet different needs, providing customers with a comfortable and cozy living environment. The independently developed building automation (BA) system monitors photovoltaic power generation, remaining battery power, hydrogen energy generation, remaining hydrogen gas in hydrogen bottles, water tank capacity, sewage treatment status, and air conditioning operation status through IoT technology. Such information is displayed through terminal apps of bathroom mirrors and tablets.
